“This tractor supply is 45 mins to an hour from my home, but I will GLADLY make that drive to this location every single time I am in need of some items or if I need to use the dog wash. There are 3 tractor supply stores within a 15 mile radius from my home, but they do not compete with the Clemmons, NC location. Customer service is outstanding from the time I walk in until the time I walk out. The dog wash is always spotless, fully functioning, and is usually fully stocked with supplies and towels each time I visit. Special thanks to Employees Kendra and Josh for always making sure that I have a fabulous experience. KUDOS to Tractor Supply-Clemmons.”

“I bought a cub cadet mower and had a problem, Smitherman's was the closest authorized repair location for warranty claims from my home. I live in a neighboring County and had never been to this store, so I was a little worried. I took my mower in, left it and they called 48 hours later your mower is fixed no charge it was covered by warranty Of course I had to pay deposit which was refunded. Great quick service.”

“I had an excellent experience from my inquiry phone call to the great customer service in the store getting knowledgable help with the foresight to help me choose products for my sanding and painting project. No doubt that all the other customers were in a good mood because of the great customer treatment they get routinely; I came from out of town because this ACE store had the sanding disc in stock that was not in stock in my town's ACE store. The extra 32 miles round trip was well worth the time and gas.”

“This is a great tool store. The tools they sell work for my edc tool bag I use most every day. I oicked out the tools that fit in my tool bag. The price was great, and the quality was great on the tools I bought. If you are old enough and you remember this tool company, you are old. Buffalo tools. They used to come around, and I would buy tools from them . I still have those tools they work, but I replaced them with tools from Harbor Freight”

“Great customer service! This is now our "go-to" store as they understand the word "empathy" (and we don't live in the area). I had delivery issues with some items I ordered from another HD store. Long story short, the staff at Winston Salem store took care of me right away as they understood the situation and was compensated for the problems I've been through. Their staff were kind and sympathizes with you, and their manager, Ryan, was professional and took care of my problem right away. He understood the value of making your customers happy, for possible "repeat" customers for the future. Thank you all!”

“It's Home Depot, if you have been to one you have been to all of them. Everyone is always very friendly, especially at this location. Although with its size it can be hard to find someone to help (I can only imagine the overhead expense it would take to fully staff). I do wish the front "aisles" were better marked with aisle and bay numbers. I prefer Home Depot to Lowes for most things!”

“Ordered online and had it sent to the store the order was split in to two different orders with two different delivery dates. The first one was pulled from the store and was ready the next morning. No issues at all with that, all went great. The second had to come from a warehouse or another store and was stated it would be there by 2/1/2024. I was notified this morning that UT was there and in a locker. I printed off the sheet with the barcode and number on it and went by this afternoon and scanned the barcode at the lockers and it popped open with the rest of my order. Works great! I was in and out in less than 5 minutes!”
