“Would definitely use again if needed. We were coming back to greensboro from WV Easter Sunday. My daughter had a flat tire and no spare. We called so many places and no one answered or couldn't help until she called them. Showed up in a timely manner, super friendly and helpful. He found us a tire already on a rim. We had an issue with the sway bar, he offered to help in so many ways, but we declined and came on home, he even reached out to make sure we made it home safely.”

“Exceptional work and communication as always.Update: this place continues to keep exceptional work and customer service - despite any strains you or they might be feeling because of COVID.It's a pretty low key vibe with no pressure for unnecessary upgrades or add-ons.As you sit in the lobby waiting for them to finish your car, you are likely to notice that they get a lot of regulars. People they know by first name or face. People they've had a relationship with for years. Which (imo) speaks highly of the staff, the business, and their quality of work.Update #2: This was the first time I've had to visit them same day for an "emergency". They were extremely understandable and helpful.
