“My car was towed by Parkway and I had to go pick it up the next morning. Obviously not an ideal situation, but Parkway did a great job with the process. They were professional, answered my questions, and everything went smoothly when I picked it up. My car was kept in a fenced and locked gated lot (even with an electric fence), which made me feel better about security. They also gave me a ride over and we had a good conversation while I waited. I appreciate them making a stressful situation a little easier. If you’re wondering about their experience, they’ve been in business since 1970, and that says it all.”

“Would definitely use again if needed. We were coming back to greensboro from WV Easter Sunday. My daughter had a flat tire and no spare. We called so many places and no one answered or couldn't help until she called them. Showed up in a timely manner, super friendly and helpful. He found us a tire already on a rim. We had an issue with the sway bar, he offered to help in so many ways, but we declined and came on home, he even reached out to make sure we made it home safely.”
