“We used Pat’s Towing (through AAA) after having our car involved in an accident. They were very responsive with excellent communication and updates provided on when our car would arrive. William was our driver and he called with an update once he picked up our car and gave us an estimated time of arrival and another once he arrived with our car at the repair shop.

“My car was towed by Parkway and I had to go pick it up the next morning. Obviously not an ideal situation, but Parkway did a great job with the process. They were professional, answered my questions, and everything went smoothly when I picked it up. My car was kept in a fenced and locked gated lot (even with an electric fence), which made me feel better about security. They also gave me a ride over and we had a good conversation while I waited. I appreciate them making a stressful situation a little easier. If you’re wondering about their experience, they’ve been in business since 1970, and that says it all.”
