“Our truck was having issues while on 40 as we were heading Wilmington. We managed to limp to Deacon Jones GMC in Clinton. Josh and Bobby in the service center could not have been more accommodating! Got the truck right in. Diagnosed the problem with the Electronic fuel modulator and fixed it immediately! We picked up our daughter and now heading to PA. THANKS JOSH AND BOBBY! “Only reason not 5 stars is nobodys perfect but a 4.9 for sure. Had truck in for some repairs and left out to make money. While over the road the fan shroud had rubbed a hole in water line. The technician at MHC forgot to secure it away from the shroud, not mad at him it was just an oversight, can happen to anyone. Called MHC and sent pictures to Cassie in service and she went to work.she sent it in and later I called to check-in when she found that it was not handled correctly. Cassie went to work again and I received the refund for the repairs on the road. Great job Cassie and thank you for your hard work.”
