“Absolutely one of the pharmacies with the best customer service. It truly saddens me to witness how some customers treat the employees. Yesterday morning (12/17/2025), while an employee was assisting me with my photo orders, I witnessed a customer making a scene. Despite being insulted, the employee remained extremely professional and calm. Honestly, I would have responded differently, but the employee handled the situation with respect and grace, even explaining that it wasn’t nice to be spoken to that way. The customer continued to cause a scene, yet the employee never lost their composure. Some customers who are well known in the community should really be called out and reminded to treat staff with basic human decency”
