“There was a gentleman who saw me looking confused and helped me find the mesh screen for the door. Great customer service cause he had to locate the only 2 left in the store.”

“Harbor Freight and their Inside Track program is a great way for me to save $$. I volunteer with a homeless outreach group and I leverage HF to get the larger bags, batteries, and tarps.”

“I can not say enough good things about this business. Rodney and the staff always come through above and beyond. I ordered lumber from my local big box store in Sept of 2018. I was surprised to have to order it from a large store with an extensive lumber yard. I waited and called several times expecting to pick it up any week now. The weeks turned into months and by November I canceled the order. I walked into Sampson Building Supply on a Monday ordered the same lumber from them and it was delivered to me on Thursday the same week. And they also saved me $40 off the price from Big box store. Time after time again this is the level of awesome performance SBS delivers. The only thing that I regret from shopping at SBS is that they do not carry all the products that I frequently use. 5 stars all the way!”

“I was looking for dog kennel extension panels and called this store when the true value site said they may possibly carry them. They didn’t have them but Randy immediately said he’d call another store he thought had them and call me right back. In less than 5 minutes he called back and had arranged to get them to his store for us. A few days later, I called and spoke to an associate to say we were coming to pick them up in an hour. A minute later my phone rang - it was Randy! He said he’d heard I called, wanted to tell me they were close to closing time (it was a Saturday) and did I want to make arrangements to pay and then pick them up. So kind, so helpful, so easy! Would absolutely visit them again and give them any & all business. Shop local! Thanks, Randy :)”

“The tractor supply in Clinton. I tried to avoid it. They don't have a dog washing station and the staff that have there don't know where nothing is so I go down 87 to that one or other one?”

“Shout out to Joey and Eli for helping us load our new trailer with all the stone we bought! It was such a hassle and a unthought process on our part as customers. They helped us load the stone onto the truck bed which was a fail. Then we decided to buy a trailer while we were there, so we decided to unwrap all the stone and lay it evenly on the trailer. I really wish the buying process would’ve been explained to us as we are not originally from NC. Pic isn’t even half of the stones”
