It is impossible to talk to a live person in the Waynesville office anymore, instead I keep getting transferred to a call center person who is most unreasonable and unfriendly. They are a joke and dont care about customer service at all.

No urgency or quick response at all for a customer that is out of propane in the middle of winter. I have been without propane for 3 days now, after requesting a delivery on the phone over a week ago. We are freezing. This is unacceptable. I'll be switching to another company as soon as I can.

We called for a refill 3 weeks ago and they let us run out of gas. We have called well over a dozen times and still have yet to get an answer or call back. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS GAS COMPANY AT ALL.
