“I've brought my car here many times for wheel bearing replacements and tire balancing. I'm always given an honest opinion and price as well as a thorough explanation of what's going on. They have helped me get free parts replacements when the ones put on were actually defective and broke within a year. And helped me understand how to self diagnose some issues based on sounds. I went in once thinking my bearing was going out only to learn that I needed a much simpler fix. In a world where people try to take advantage of someone with somewhat limited car knowledge, I know I can trust in this business to do right by the customer.”

This visit i had a screw driver piercing my tire, I thstopped in and offered to make an appointment, he said they could look at it very shortly. Within 10 minutes mechanic removed object, tested for leaks and I was on my way. No charge, no up selling, no scare tactics. I really appreciated everything, I was dreading the worst. Definitely a very honest business. Thank you!”

“Didn't want to post a review right away, last year 10/24 my daughter and myself brought a load of donated supplies for hurricane relief ,the trans went out of my truck got truck to Black Bear transmission Monday morning ,10:00 Thursday we was headed back home.
