“Delivered rebar here and had a very quick unload time. Overnight PKG available. Recv starts at 0700 but they load their trucks first but wait time is still minimal. Enter and follow the green line to the gate.”
“Delivered OSB, quick unload. Overnight pkg for one truck outside gate on rhs (blue circle). Recv hours 0700-1500. Pull through gate( red line and circle) and stay straight park next to lumber on rhs. Someine on the lift truck will direct you where to go to get unloaded.”

“Timing 7:30am to 4:30pm don’t show up before 7:30am they start unloading when the area is clear around 9am you can see in the picture. You have to park on dock 1 which is blind back and i got unloaded in 20 minutes.”
“If you're going too fast and not paying attention the entrance can kind of sneak up on you... I almost overshot but thankfully was able to turn in but anyway... Soon as I got in I called the number and was in a door within 5 minutes... And completely offloaded within 45... They'll get to you pretty quickly as long as you have an appointment & Not late.... Some guy in a day cab was having a fit because they wouldn't offload him right away because he was 15 minutes late ... This is my first time delivering here so I don't know what their policy is when it comes to that but... I guess if you are running behind you better call them ASAP... But anyway I didn't have any issues with them and these days I treat every customer as if they will not allow you to park and break if you had to and try to plan accordingly.... The days of customers letting drivers take their break after they've picked up or delivered are long gone ... We can complain about it all we want but it doesn't change the fact that it's just the way it is now So.. It's better to just assume that and plan accordingly...”
