I decided to try the one in Jamestown because they had convenient walk in hours and good ratings. I was in and out at this post office in less than 10 minutes. Derrick was the one helping me and he was great. He answered any questions I had, was fast, and had a great attitude! I wish all post offices were like this one, where they take customer service seriously and are very efficient.”

“Service in this post office has always been pretty much the top tier of the food chain and everything one could expect from a small town post office that is right around the corner. The location is a little off the beaten path but the employees do try very hard and take pride in their work. The previous mail lady we had, her name was Jessica, was the best postal employee I have ever had. She was delivering mail one day and noticed what looked like a black widow in my box. She took the time to warn me about this by contacting me after the mail delivery route was up. Getting home later in the evening and fumbling through the box in the dark would have cost me my life, no joke, if it weren't for her. Thanks Jess”

The help you have given me and some of the others before I got to you from the toll free number are a blessing getting my mail situated out of hold mail. The issue with releasing the hold mail was a little mixed up but you didn't stop until you got it flowing for me!. THANK YOU SO MUCH...I APPRECIATE ALL OF YOU!!.”
