First if I could give them 10 stars I would! I am an average homeowner not the usual professional tree, or lawn company. Today 11/29/2023 I spoke with Dona on the phone she advised me they had a new bar and chain for my STIHL chainsaw in stock! (That I have been looking for)I purchased it, later that afternoon I went back because STIHL NOT anyone at STI had the chain part wrong! I spoke with Greg, Preston, Dona(who remembered my name 5 hours later), and two other employees (technicians sorry I forgot your names). Everyone in this store was so willing to help try and solve this manufacturers issue! After about an hour STI brilliant staff was able to figure out the part issue (bar/chain)..Thank you guys so much!You guys have a customer for life.Joe

I'm giving these guys 3 stars because they are helpful as far as there sales goes but services is where they got 1 star. I brought my leaf blower to them because they are a Echo dealer and close to my work they charged 47.00 dollars to look at it . then told me the problem and said 293.00 more to repair it . So all together it would have been almost 350.00 for 225.00 had blower . REALLY , REALLY . So I called Riddle tractor who also carries echo and told them my problem and they told me to order the part that was 14.75 on Amazon watch a you tube video and only took me 1 hour to fix that was disassemble and reassemble so 1 hour labor and 15.00 dollar part , Riddle sales farm equipment that we have bought for years from them , And will continue to buy from them from now on ,.I thought since I bought my chainsaw from Turfcare I would give them a try I suggest Anyone but these guys for service. Sorry but that's a rip off .

I use STI Turf care for various repairs over the last 5-6 years. Each time the repair is fairly fast and very reasonable in $$. Their equipment is geared more towards professional lawn and garden but they can still handle us residential customers. Wish you were open on Sat. mornings, but I will live. THX for your service!

Very friendly. In our case they proved they were more interested in getting us with a product we could use, not to steer us to more costly solutions to their benefit. Great, helpful product comparisons!

I purchased a Toro Time Cutter zero turn a little over 1 year ago and had it serviced at the STI Turf care equipment, Colfax location. The staff is always professional and the repairs and service are quick, they set the correct expectations. I would recommend this location for your next mower purchase, lawn care equipment or service. Daniel has been a pleasure to work with.

I wouldn't buy dirt from here went in looking to buy a toro zmaster no one even asked if needed any help or anything. However after I was looking around a customer walks in and they were glad to help them...I'll continue my service else where.

I have never dealt with a service department this incompetent. Getting your equipment back when promised, and serviced correctly, is a "roll of the dice". If you need reliable service, don't bring your equipment here.

Great products here and staff is friendly. However I don't have time to waste. My blower was not ready when I came to pick it up. I called an hour before to make sure it was. No one knew what was going on and took about 45 minutes to make a 4 minute purchase. Not pleased at all.

Dedicated Professional Sales & Service. Visited STI around noon & was greeted by Chris Keith, the Branch Manager. I shared that I had been looking to demo & purchase an Exmark Zero Turn Mower. I explained my desire to improve my comfort & efficiency to mow 4+ acres of grass at my seasonal business, Red Cross Daylily Farm. That same day Chris brought an Exmark Radius X to my farm for a demo.
