I would say that its just an other option to go but definitely not a place to get the things you want. It was all empty when I went to shop. I wanted toys for kids and it was empty I only got 1 option in that huge place. I wanted a dress and couldn't find one. They were all either damaged or not up to mark. Same with footwear...
