“This was my first visit to Brooks Brothers at Concord Mills. They were running a great sale, which gave me the perfect opportunity to browse and see what they have to offer. I took plenty of photos to give others a better idea of the selection.
I’ve always associated Brooks Brothers with quality, and that definitely holds true here. The only reason for my four-star rating is the lack of customer engagement because I wasn’t approached to see if I needed assistance.
I’m hopeful my next visit will be a better experience.

“I had a wonderful experience here at Buckle this week, and I have the girls who work here to thank for it-particularly Melody! I went in with the intention of buying one shirt, but I left with five new tops that are exactly my style. I wouldn’t have found such fun new tops without Melody’s help because she knew the store’s inventory like the back of her hand. If I had been left to browse on my own, I probably would have left with one thing without seeing what else Buckle had to offer.
Melody also sorted through a ton of denim pants and shorts for me while I was in the changing room. Unfortunately, for a girl with a long torso and shorter legs, finding flare or bootcut jeans is a struggle. Thankfully, she informed me that Buckle offers free alterations which I had no idea about.
Overall, I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone needing a wardrobe refresh. Thanks again Melody!”
“I was here weeks ago with my son. I noticed that they have quite a bit of stock & the prices are more reasonable than the actual Ralph Lauren stores. There were a few people that asked us if we needed help.
Every once in a while, when my throat gets dry, my asthma sort of kicks in and one of the ladies was kind enough to bring me water as I tried on a few items which sadly didn’t fit. She was also kind to bring one for my son who was waiting outside the fitting room. I feel bad that I can’t remember her name but I hope she reads this. Thank you for your kindness!

Neither of them could have been more attentive, kind and just warm hearted. Answering my questions with intellect and just awesome energy. Will be back just for them. “I always love coming to the store, my last purchase was these wonderful little triangles and circles that allowed the sun to come through. This store just invites the Earth into your home. I know that may sound cliche, but it really makes you feel as if you're bringing in those moments that tool created moments to just stay allows these moments to stay!”
“I went into Lucky Brand just browsing. Trey that worked there was so nice, full of energy and eager to help. I ended up leaving with nothing but then later coming back to purchase some items and Trey not only helped me but encouraged me to try a shirt on I wanted to order but it was so stinking hot I was like no way am I trying something on but he was so nice and was like “look, I even have a cool zone waiting for you” and it was cool area with a fan circulating so I tried it on and ended up ordering what I wanted. He was so nice and had me phenomenal energy. Please go to see Trey if you’re in this store!”
“This is the Mecca of vintage. It’s an incomparable shop anywhere in the southeast in terms of scale, vibe, and that fact it’s also a great coffee shop.
Price comments confuse me. Highly curated vintage, namely when it’s brick and mortar, is inherently more expensive than online. The experience alone justifies it.”
“Excellent customer service. Been shopping here since 2007. The owner and staff are Excellent. Muhammad is one of the best employees and always take care of me. Never had problems with the quality of clothes always fit perfectly.”
“The employees who work at the store are very sweet and they show good customer service. The company’s return process is bad though. The store policy won’t allow price matches if customers want a bigger size from an online order. I was told I would have to pay more money if I wanted to exchange for a bigger size in store. I know it’s not the employee’s fault but I still wanted to give feedback that this seems like a dated policy. I hope the company considers updating that policy. Overall I still think the employees there show great customer service and I would shop there again.”
“American Eagle is a fun place to look for clothes. The wife and daughter always find something and I occasionally find get a pair of jeans. The staff is always friendly. You can also bring in a pair of used jeans and get 10$ off your purchase of jeans! Very cool.”
“Would love to have given 5 stars, but the only thing that stopped me was the selection. Only XXL or medium to choose from in most shirts. It was a weekend, so they might have just sold out quickly. Love the brand and quality though!! Staff couldn't have cared less if you needed help, which was frustrating.”
“We had a great experience at this Banana Republic Factory store in Concord Mills. We had earned some rewards from using our Gap credit card so we spent some of it here.
Ashley whom we met when we walked in was awesome! She kindly approached and helped me find a merino wool sweater for our son who is a junior in college. He’s hard to shop for but this was a classic sweater perfect for Spring. Ashley was quite patient with us as my husband and I debated about colors of the sweaters. Glad we finally came to an agreement on neutral gray. Classics are the best!

“H&M is offering great deals for men, women, and kids, especially with the New Year sales going on. There’s a wide variety of trendy and affordable clothing to choose from. The store was well-organized, and overall it was a very good shopping experience. Definitely worth visiting during the sale season!”
“I actually had an amazing experience with this place. For two years in a row i have gotten my prom dress from here and received top notch service. So many styles and options to choose from as well as great prices for the dresses. I 11/10 recommend.”
“My mother-in-law and I had an errand to run in Concord Mills and she asked me to meet her in the food court. After having a bite to eat, I think Francesca has a really strategic location because I popped in immediately. As Christmas is less than a week away, the store was full with people, and I walked around and took plenty of pics to show you what they offer.

“Staff were very nice and when the line got long, they opened more registers. Loss prevention checks receipts but the people at the registers let you know to keep your receipt out for that reason. Loss prevention even put my cart away (as they have security tags on them).”

“All I wear is Vineyard Vines for my work clothes. Also have tons of shorts, t shirts and ball caps. Generally a good selection here, pants are kinda lacking in that department. But then again, it’s an outlet. Can’t really control what merch you get to sale I imagine. Staff generally friendly. Sign up for the emails to know when the store is 50% off or follow them on Facebook.”
“I went into the store on a Wednesday morning: No crowds. When I go there I was welcomed by Kyle who was busy unpacking the new shipment. Even though he was obviously busy and alone in the store, he tended every position with ease. I went into the store to return some jeans I ordered online that were too big, he looked at the pants and me and immediately knew my size. I described the pants I wanted (bc he didn't have a smaller size in the pants I returned). He went to the back and came out with the 2 pairs of pants that fit perfect AND were the exact style I was looking for. Great service, great selection.”
“This is a good size J. Crew Factory store. It seems to have a pretty nice selection of merchandise. I feel like the one on Park Road in Charlotte has a bit more to offer but maybe I’m just partial to it & the outstanding customer service they usually offer.
You can never go wrong in J. Crew fashion especially at a bargain.
