Let me contrast this experience with the one we had at Mens Wearhouse just 10 minutes earlier, where no one even greeted us.”

“I was here weeks ago with my son. I noticed that they have quite a bit of stock & the prices are more reasonable than the actual Ralph Lauren stores. There were a few people that asked us if we needed help.
Every once in a while, when my throat gets dry, my asthma sort of kicks in and one of the ladies was kind enough to bring me water as I tried on a few items which sadly didn’t fit. She was also kind to bring one for my son who was waiting outside the fitting room. I feel bad that I can’t remember her name but I hope she reads this. Thank you for your kindness!

“Claire and Suzanna gave me such great customer service today. I spoke to them each on seperate occasions, asking them both random questions. Neither of them could have been more attentive, kind and just warm hearted. Answering my questions with intellect and just awesome energy. Will be back just for them. I hope I got Suzanna’s name right! Wish them nothing but good things!”
“I received exceptional customer service with my visit at the Buckles in Concord Mills Mall. Lizzie warmly greeted me as soon as I walked into the store and offered to assist me with finding outfits. I let her know my style and she did a phenomenal job finding outfits that looked amazing on me. I was super impressed with how knowledgeable she was and how she went above and beyond continuing to bring me clothes that she thought would look good on me. It was a Saturday and they were busy but she made me feel as if I was her only customer with the level of service she gave. She was very friendly as well so I give her a 10 out of 10. The manager, Kaitlin, also came over to ask how I was doing and overheard my conversation with Lizzie and gave me some additional jeans to try on and was super sweet. Joelle greeted me and was very friendly as well. I went into almost every store in that mall and no stores customer service came close in comparison to the service I received at Buckles today. I am very impressed and will be back again. I’m not sure if you reward stores for exceptional service with gift cards, food, or some type of reward…I would say this store 100% deserves to be rewarded for their great service!”
“I went into Lucky Brand just browsing. Trey that worked there was so nice, full of energy and eager to help. I ended up leaving with nothing but then later coming back to purchase some items and Trey not only helped me but encouraged me to try a shirt on I wanted to order but it was so stinking hot I was like no way am I trying something on but he was so nice and was like “look, I even have a cool zone waiting for you” and it was cool area with a fan circulating so I tried it on and ended up ordering what I wanted. He was so nice and had me phenomenal energy. Please go to see Trey if you’re in this store!”
“I always love coming to the store, my last purchase was these wonderful little triangles and circles that allowed the sun to come through. This store just invites the Earth into your home. I know that may sound cliche, but it really makes you feel as if you're bringing in those moments that tool created moments to just stay allows these moments to stay!”

“The employees who work at the store are very sweet and they show good customer service. The company’s return process is bad though. The store policy won’t allow price matches if customers want a bigger size from an online order. I was told I would have to pay more money if I wanted to exchange for a bigger size in store. I know it’s not the employee’s fault but I still wanted to give feedback that this seems like a dated policy. I hope the company considers updating that policy. Overall I still think the employees there show great customer service and I would shop there again.”
“Would love to have given 5 stars, but the only thing that stopped me was the selection. Only XXL or medium to choose from in most shirts. It was a weekend, so they might have just sold out quickly. Love the brand and quality though!! Staff couldn't have cared less if you needed help, which was frustrating.”
“American Eagle is a fun place to look for clothes. The wife and daughter always find something and I occasionally find get a pair of jeans. The staff is always friendly. You can also bring in a pair of used jeans and get 10$ off your purchase of jeans! Very cool.”
“I bought a tee on line to replace the one I lost in a fire. I picked it up at the store. Justin was amazing. He greeted me had my item ready. He also let me look at the item and make sure all was good with it. I told him my story and he was so kind to listen to it and had so much kindness. I loved the store. I met the manager and he was really nice too. It was a great experience. Im definitely going back. They have some really great vintage clothing. There is a coffee shop and the atmosphere is relaxing and down to earth. I highly recommend it. You will not be disappointed.”
“I actually had an amazing experience with this place. For two years in a row i have gotten my prom dress from here and received top notch service. So many styles and options to choose from as well as great prices for the dresses. I 11/10 recommend.”
“My mother-in-law and I had an errand to run in Concord Mills and she asked me to meet her in the food court. After having a bite to eat, I think Francesca has a really strategic location because I popped in immediately. As Christmas is less than a week away, the store was full with people, and I walked around and took plenty of pics to show you what they offer.

“We had a great experience at this Banana Republic Factory store in Concord Mills. We had earned some rewards from using our Gap credit card so we spent some of it here.
Ashley whom we met when we walked in was awesome! She kindly approached and helped me find a merino wool sweater for our son who is a junior in college. He’s hard to shop for but this was a classic sweater perfect for Spring. Ashley was quite patient with us as my husband and I debated about colors of the sweaters. Glad we finally came to an agreement on neutral gray. Classics are the best!

“This Burlington coat factory is located in the Wftib ridge complex near the Super target. Ots usually better maintained than the one in Concord Mills and f8nnsing parking is never a problem.”

“I always find what I need and more at this Under Armour outlet. The store is conveniently located right by the entrance, which makes shopping quick and easy. They have a great selection, and every visit has been a positive experience. Definitely one of my favorite stores at Concord Mills!”
“It was my first time visiting this Vineyard Vines outlet, and I was warmly greeted as soon as I walked in which is always appreciated.
I didn’t know much about the history behind the brand, but I stopped to read the wall display that shares the story of the two brothers who started it. Very cool and truly inspiring!
I was impressed by the merchandise selection. You can find just about anything to style a complete wardrobe. With spring around the corner, the store was full of beautiful seasonal colors. There are also great business-casual options that transition easily from work to weekend. They have a good selection for kids, too.
The overall vibe gives vacation and resort energy, relaxed yet polished.
Definitely worth checking out, especially at outlet prices.

“I went into the store on a Wednesday morning: No crowds. When I go there I was welcomed by Kyle who was busy unpacking the new shipment. Even though he was obviously busy and alone in the store, he tended every position with ease. I went into the store to return some jeans I ordered online that were too big, he looked at the pants and me and immediately knew my size. I described the pants I wanted (bc he didn't have a smaller size in the pants I returned). He went to the back and came out with the 2 pairs of pants that fit perfect AND were the exact style I was looking for. Great service, great selection.”
