Tela Jordan at the AT&T store in Concord Mills, NC, is employee of the year for us! After visits to three SC stores and numerous lengthy calls of continuous transfers with AT&T, she resolved our issue with a replacement phone professionally and respectfully-none of which we had experienced previously since Dec 12, 2024, dealing with this issue. It was a chance visit to this store as we were traveling but well worth the drive from Leesville,SC, to receive her “kind” of service and attention to customers.

Superior customer service! I was trying to upgrade my wife's phone for Christmas. I was using the app and online services only to receive an email that there was a technical issue. After calling the 1-800 number several times I was advised the fix was to cancel the orders and try again. Never receiving an explanation, I decided to go into this AT&T store. Cole took the time to figure out exactly the issue with my accounts and figured out there was am unknown restriction. With his help I was able to get everything resolved in time for Christmas. I wish there were more people in the world who would take the time Cole does with customers!

I had an amazing experience with AT&T while adding a new line to my account! The process was smooth, even though we ran into a hiccup with the fraud department not clearing me in the system. The representative Cole, was incredibly patient and professional throughout the back-and-forth calls with the fraud department. He stayed calm, explained the situation clearly, and ensured everything was resolved properly. His dedication and persistence made what could have been a stressful experience much easier. I truly appreciate the exceptional service and highly recommend AT&T in Concord.
