“Falling limbs damaged our highlander and chevy truckOur insurance company recommended several companies for repair. We picked Caliber and are completely satisfied with their work on both vehicles. The repair of a broken windshield and dented hood was completed to our total satisfaction.Caliber had to remove the passenger side truck bed panel and replace it and after completion, perfect! What a tough job !They also discovered a potential problem with the in tank fuel pump and recommended I replace it since the bed was already off. I got the pump and they replaced it which probably saved me future high cost to have it replaced. Their in-process status communication was great and the completed work met and exceeded our expectations!”

They always went out of the way for me and I greatly appreciated that during the stressful times I had with the car. They do good work and if something happens to go wrong they will take it back in and figure it out for you. Charlie dealt with a warranty company many many times for me and I appreciate that as well as him recommending next steps such as a lawyer or taking it to the DMV which he didn’t have to do but he did. I actually miss coming in there because I was there so often I could ask car questions and just talk to the nice people in there. I have since moved on to a different car that doesn’t need to come in every morning or two?.
