“I run a JDM shop and had a client come in with lifter tick on their GTO. Ordered 3rd gen lifters from 3SX, installed 23 out of 24, and one came out defective. Reached out and they handled it immediately, sent a replacement with fast shipping, no hassle.
Not a lot of companies will come out of pocket on product and shipping to make it right, but 3SX did. From one business to another, that kind of accountability goes a long way. Client's car is back on the road and running clean. Will be ordering from them again.”

“Carry Fung, the owner is one of the nicest people you’ll ever meet. She is very fair and reasonably priced. She will help you and bend over backwards for you. I’ve also met their body staff and this is like a family business. Each one of their staff members are very very nice and they know their jobs very well and they do the highest quality work I’ve ever seen. This is the best shop that I’ve ever visited for an Auto Body especially for collision and repair she can also on top of collision and bodywork do mechanical repairs and has a mechanic ready on hand, but when you do have a mechanical problem and you need a mechanical repair, you need to call her in advance so that she can contact her personal mechanic and schedule him for a time to get you scheduled. This is the best body shop I’ve visited ever they do great work Auto Body collision, repair wraps, decals, paint and even mechanical repair such as engine engines, transmissions, and more.”

“The same day I brought my new Cadillac EV SUV home I made the horrible mistake of not checking the clearance of the hood to the garage door while programming the car. The result a nice chip in the brand new, metallic black paint.
After a lackluster touch up job by a mobile touch up company I set my goal to find someone who would do it right and not just be another car running through a mass market body shop. That’s when I found Austin, and boy did he do an amazing job and went above and beyond my expectations.
From first meeting him at his shop and seeing his care for classic and new vehicles, I knew I made the right choice. He mocked up a quote and we settled on a date. The quote was extremely competitive too.
During his look over he also noticed a scratch on the hood from what our guess was a rock at some point and I didn’t expect that he’d take care of that too, but he did and not just a spray over, but actually finishing it right.
I picked up my car about a week after dropping it off (I was traveling) and was nervous but also self reflective that I made the right decision and I definitely did. When I picked it up the quality of his work was absolutely pristine. The car looked just like it did when I drove it off the lot, not a single fleck out of place in the paint.
If I could give him more than 5 stars I would, and now if I ever need repairs from an accident I know where to bring it. He may not have the largest shop, but it’s a family shop, one that stands behind their work and focus on quality over quantity.
