“I came here the other week to have my brakes checked, as I knew I was nearing the end of their life expectancy. I had an appointment for 2 PM and they had my car back at 1:55 PM. I was blown away with their honesty. They could’ve tried to sell me stuff I didn’t need, and as someone with only basic car knowledge I would’ve gone with it. The pricing seemed reasonable. I ended up only needing my front pads replaced, and I was out of there by 2:30 PM. I couldn’t get over how fast and painless the whole experience was.”

“Alan, the GM, is one of the most amazing men I’ve had the privilege of meeting. & the work they do is top notch! I’ve never felt safer in this rig!We had a tire blow out in our RV about 40 miles into our trip across country. Luckily they had the tires we needed and could replace all 6! We limped our way there to get the work done. They kindly opened their waiting room to us and everyone was beyond welcoming and kind hearted!We then found more issues that could not be done that day due to not having every part needed and the shop needed to close (it was 630pm which seems late to be open for any shop). We were able to sleep in our RV that night and as soon as we obtained the right parts, work was resumed!The people working here & Alan, especially, have restored so much of my faith in humanity.The love, kindness and empathy they have is immeasurable. “Wow, was I lucky that I happened to break down a block away from Drye's Garage today. I JUST bought this vehicle, so I was beyond stressed rolling into their lot with hazard lights without a choice to go anywhere else. G was busy, but greeted me right away with a smile and willingness to help that immediately put me at ease. Chad was great and charged a very fair price, all these positive reviews about the way he does business are well deserved. Shout out to G, he fixed the issues I was having as quickly as possible and kept me updated, patiently explaining everything in a way that was easy to understand. After I left, my car ran better than when I bought it. The bright side of this unlucky day was finding a mechanic shop we can trust with both our vehicles. I highly recommend them to anyone, especially women looking for a shop that will NOT try to take advantage of you (unfortunately a stereotype many of us have experienced first hand). “I called about getting a replacement bed cover for my 2004 GMC Sierra pickup. Allen (not sure of the spelling) was very helpful at helping me choose a new bed cover and ordered it for me. He also told me he would call me the next day to let me know if it came in as expected so that I didn't need to bring my truck in if for some reason it didn't arrive. He called me as he promised, and I took my truck in to have it installed. Allen called me when the installation was complete, and when I went to pick up my truck, he demonstrated the operation of my new bed cover and asked if I had any questions. Everything was done in a very professional manner and on time. The next time I'm in the market for any of the items Auto Toyz provides, they will be first on my list to do business with.”

“Falling limbs damaged our highlander and chevy truckOur insurance company recommended several companies for repair. We picked Caliber and are completely satisfied with their work on both vehicles. The repair of a broken windshield and dented hood was completed to our total satisfaction.Caliber had to remove the passenger side truck bed panel and replace it and after completion, perfect! What a tough job !They also discovered a potential problem with the in tank fuel pump and recommended I replace it since the bed was already off. I got the pump and they replaced it which probably saved me future high cost to have it replaced. Their in-process status communication was great and the completed work met and exceeded our expectations!”

“Need 2 driveshafts reworked after another small shop install universal joints and ended up with driveline vibrations. Shop was not too busy the day I brought the driveshafts in to be reworked and they jumped right on them. Replaced universal joints and balanced both units. They ground all the loose rust off the driveshafts, sanded them and then check for high spots on the shafts and cut off original OE balance weights. This is a smart thing to do as it is best to start over with balance once new parts are installed. The longer shaft had a few high spots, so they spot heated and cooled a few small areas on the shaft to get it more true. Once shafts were balanced, they painted them as well.Reinstalled both driveshafts and vibrations were gone!!These guys are part artists, part magicians and do quick and quality work. This shop primarily focuses on driveshaft, differentials and axle work, but I believe they will do other work.They have the ability to cut and weld custom shafts as well as repair original equipment probably back to better than new.Few places do this work any more and when you need this type of service, consider Universal Automotive Service, Inc, in Concord. I am glad I found them and I am very happy with their workmanship!”
