“I had a great experience at O'Reilly Auto Parts this morning. I went in looking for a lug nut key to remove the front wheel on my car. The employee at the front desk went above and beyond to help me. He checked every available key in the store, then came outside in the rain to see if any of them would fit my wheel.
Unfortunately, we couldn't find the correct lug nut key, but I truly appreciate the time, effort, and kindness he showed. It's rare to receive such genuine customer service.
