Build-A-Bear Workshop Concord is a place that creates sweet memories and keeps a childlike wonder alive for all visitors. It is easily the best Build-A-Bear many have been to, with a big, super clean, and well-stocked store. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and passionate about helping every person make their perfect plushie. They treat everyone so special, making each experience a great one. It is hands down the best birthday party idea, far less expensive than other venues and an easy, age-appropriate option. Parties are PAWsome and include hands-on fun, a customized furry friend, a Special Heart ceremony, and games. The party leaders are amazing, patient with kids and parents, and make the guest of honor feel incredibly special. Beyond parties, guests can create a unique plush toy by adding outfits, sounds, and scents. For an extra special touch, they can record a custom voice message to place inside their new friend. The store is highly recommended for a visit, a party, or any special event.

Me and my niece both love pokemon and always pick up the new releases. I think it's so sweet that they always treat everyone so special. They manage to keep the childlike wonder alive, even for us older visitors.

Sydney was an A plus manager and was a whiz training her new staff while I was shopping and checking out. Everyone was super friendly and always a great experience. She even got my address fixed on my rewards account for me. Make this location a stop on your next shopping trip!
