Coming all the way from New York to North Carolina to stop at the gas station cause I had to use the bathroom and get some more snacks. I appreciate the great customer service I got from one of your employees nassekah, she is great at her job and made me feel very welcome. She has great social skills and would love if everyone took pride in the job like her. These other gas stations I’ve been to the people are nasty.

The store attendees are very disrespectful and can be rude. This gas station is right across the street from Concord Mills, which is very disappointing because I come here quite frequently. I felt like i was stereotyped and not given the proper respect as a paying customer. Please educate employees on the importance of social interaction and customer service.

This place had no regular gas. We tried three different pumps. We called and nobody answered. This place sucks. Take your business elsewhere.

Went in today to get some drinks before visiting my dad in the hospital and the whole time Angela was a saint, she had the best vibe and customer service ever cutting up jokes and having a huge smile on her face, I ended up losing my wallet and one of her regulars found it and she gave it back to me and I bought gas and talked to her and the other employee micheal for minutes, they have great customer service and this is a go to stop in concord for me from now on.

Every time I visit Concord I stop to purchase gas & lottery tickets. Tonight there were 5 people waiting in line, so instead of going to the counter to pick out a scratch off, I stayed in line & took a pic of the scratch off I wanted to purchase. I got to the counter & told “Miss America” ( who didn’t speak to me) that I wanted a mega millions & powerball ticket & showed her the pic of the scratch off I wanted. She replied that she didn’t know the number of the scratch off & told me I would have to walk over to get the number. So while this great grandmother got out of line, & walked over to get the number, the black twenty year old with long blonde hair & 2” eyelashes, posed, pursed her lips & sipped on her drink. After the transaction she placed my change on my purchase that was close to her so I had to reach across the counter to grab it. I don’t know what she is selling, but it’s not common courtesy & kindness. Today is my last trip to this Circle K

I'm from out of town and we stopped to get gas on our way home and the girl working night shift was very rude and I gave her a ear full. It was 12:30 am on May 27,2024. And we will NOT be back at this store if we are in town again

Employees seem very untrained. They seemed clueless about anything having to do with the rewards program and didn't know how to help me set up an Easy Pay card.The only cool thing about this place is the race gas at the pump.
