Circle K at 8501 Concord Mills Blvd, Concord, NC, is a convenience store and gas station that aims to serve customers on the go. It offers premium quality fuels, an excellent car wash, and has an ATM for convenience. Many customers appreciate the friendly service from employees like Nassekah and Angela, who are noted for their great social skills and positive attitudes. They create a welcoming atmosphere that makes visitors feel valued. However, some reviews mention that the staff appears untrained, particularly regarding the rewards program and Easy Pay card setup. Despite this, the location remains a popular stop for snacks, drinks, and fuel, especially for those traveling through the area. Overall, Circle K is recognized for its commitment to customer service, even if there are areas for improvement.
Average to Decent location when the Circle K down the road doesn't have everything I am looking for. Not always great, but helpful at times. Right in front of a mall, which is always busy, making exiting a bit difficult.

Super cold beer! Cashier was so funny and and extroverted I walked out saying “that girl is so funny I love her” out loud

Had a mixed experience at K Gas Station. After filling gas, the receipt printout was not working, so I couldn’t get a copy of my transaction, which was inconvenient. However, the staff inside the store were good, polite, and helpful. Hope the printer issue gets fixed to improve the overall experience.
