Yesterday, August 12, Tuesday, about 7pm I went with my wife and my 3-year-old daughter to look for shoes for my little girl and a pair for myself to use at the restaurant. The employees didn’t want to help, answered our questions with a bad attitude, and were even rude. Only one young girl tried to assist us properly after the incident. It’s sad that a store like this has employees with so little love for their job and for the business that is giving them the opportunity to work.

I had the BEST experience at this store. Maria, Liz, Oni and Oriana were AMAZING!
I totally appreciate the customer service. They were attentive, helpful and knowledgeable. Never shopping anywhere else.

DONT BUY HERE! Two days ago, I went to the store to exchange a size with my receipt. Unfortunately, once I arrived, the manager refused to refund the item because it was supposedly dirty, without even seeing the receipt. Her treatment was very racist, and she didn't care what I told her. It was a bad experience with people like that in your store. You should receive classes on anti-racism. I don't recommend any Latinos shop here.

I was honestly blown away by the selection of jibbitz they had however the available stock of Croc models was very limited.
It's very nice to be able to try the shoe on before buying it because depending where the crocs where made the sizes do vary quite a bit. However I think I'll stick to the crocs website simply for their larger selection of shoes and special online only deals.

Please fix your store hours. Drove half our only to find out that you close at 6 instead of 7 as listed on your website.
