After recently purchasing a pair of Crocs for their well-advertised comfort, I was dismayed to find that just one day of wear led to painful wounds on my feet. Eager to resolve this unexpected issue, I endured a 25-minute drive—despite the discomfort—back to the store. Upon arrival, I was met with a disappointing response from the manager, who declined my request to return the item based on store policy. Understanding the need for rules, I was nonetheless disheartened by the apparent lack of empathy and assistance provided. A product that had promised comfort had failed to deliver, and the store’s handling of the situation only exacerbated my distress. This experience has regrettably shifted my view of the brand, and I am sharing this in the hopes that it might lead to enhanced customer care and a reevaluation of the product’s quality standards.

Rating would have been 0 stars if google gave me an option.I purchased 4 crocs from the store a month back and had them on the same shoe rack since then. One the crocs shrunk (size 9 to a size 7 or smaller) and I took them to store to exchange them since the product was defective. Most of the store associates did not even have the courtesy to talk and find out what happened. I was made to feel very unwelcome and given weird reasons- you wore it. So can't exchange it even if the product is defective- you don't have store receipt. Who would keep a receipt from a purchase from a month back- Crocs are sensitive. I keep my crocs in my closet. You should keep them in your closetThe store manager did not even care to respond to my request to talk to her. Its a basic customer service rule to at least be courteous to the customer even if you can't help them. Bit of compassion helps.I see other's complaining about this store associates standing around and chatting amongst themselves instead of helping customer. I have been to the store 2 times this month and saw that behavior in both visits.There are many alternative to Crocs now. This level of customer service is going to drive customers to alternate products.

Crazy how expensive crocs are from a croc store but you can go 3 stores down and get them significantly cheaper. Also apparently black and white crocs aren't included in the bogo for 25% off.

Great selection of colors and styles. I literally walked up to the counter with a picture and the size for what my husband wanted. The clerk connected me with Lacey who was on the floor. With the brightest smile on her face she took one look and was off. In less than 3 minutes I was checked out and out the door. Wonderful staff, wonderfull teamwork, wonderful experience.

Tonight I visited the croc store and was very disappointed. As a customer service coach I provide an excellent experience everywhere I go, because it shows exactly how I wanted to be treated. Tonight there were 3 young ladies in the store, I was not greeted by anyone, asked if I needed help, or given any eye contact. They all stood at the register talking to an old coworker or friend of theirs. When I approached the register I was simply told my total and to have a good night! No upsell on jibbitz, or an offer to take advantage of the 50% OFF sale. Very poor customer service skills. If I didn't love these crocs so much and wanted them badly because they were the last pair in the store I would've ordered online.

Felt ripped off regarding the "free" croc buttons. NOTHING is free the way they advertise, but then ring up at the register and you find out NOPE.

Walked in and looked around for about 5minutes. Wasn’t greeted or asked if I needed help. Went to Dick’s instead and copped a pair. I’ll try again some other time and change my rating if I get a more welcoming response

Staff were super unhelpful and acted as though my presence was a nuisance over their conversation they practically huffed their way to check the back for the DISPLAY shoes that are completely out of stock at the location...so why still on display? Anyway, they didnt offer to check at another store or online, no sorrys (not entirely necessary but just a courtesy), just shrugged it off. Just not a very welcoming or helpful environment. All associates were like 25-35, a man and two women.

This store is very small, the staff is not attentive or helpful. We came in for a boy one get one half off sale and picked out several shoes for our children only to get to the register and be told only a very select few (2 racks) were part of the deal. Nobody helped us at all except the girl at the front when we walked in b/c we asked her a question. Employees (mostly teens) were standing all around chatting. I'll get my Crocs elsewhere next time!

The girls here we’re great, had awesome personalities, and were very helpful through everything we needed. We had so many questions and they were there for all of them and had us laughing the whole time. Excellent customer service from someone that works in the field.
