DICK'S Sporting Goods in Concord is a huge store with everything you could possibly want sportswise. It is the go-to destination for all sports, exercise, officially licensed, and outdoor equipment needs. The store carries a wide assortment of footwear, workout clothes, sports equipment, camping gear, bikes, kayaks, and exercise equipment from top brands, including plenty of UNC items as well as local and national sports jackets and jerseys. The knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful staff provides great, top-tier customer service. The service teams assist with finding items, checking pricing, ordering products, and setting up equipment. Staff members are easy to approach, quick, and extremely helpful, spending time to ensure customers get what they need. The experience is definitely recommended. The store is located close to door 3 at Concord Mills Mall, where customers can find low prices online and pick up in store.
It's okay. I haven't run into an employee yet except from around the register but they're pretty good.
