The staff at Concord Mills location was very helpful and knowledgeable. Staff went out of the way to help by checking the stock in back and found the size needed. Also help by telling me what’s a popular style for a 8 year old girl. One item wasn’t carried in the store, so they ordered it online and had it delivered at no charge. All this was done with a smile and a helpful attitude.

Great store. 10/10 Quade in the bike department is the absolute best. He was super knowledgeable about bikes and bike racks and helped me choose the right product for my needs. Paige helped me up front when I checked out. Thanks for another great experience!

I own a pair of Brooks sneakers but had gum on the sole after entering the mall. It was Sept. 24 around 7 pm, not that busy. 1 customer was waiting to be helped before me. Not once did any employee to help us, maybe on break? But there were 3 ppl talking so I did ask if they could recommend what brand cleaner to use. One girl replied that I would have to buy a whole can, wasn't helpful but then offered me a paper towel & hand sanitizer since I already had 4 spray cleaners at home that may or may not work. They didn't value me as a customer. Next time I need a yeti or stanley items or Hoka or Brooks sneakers, I gladly take my business elsewhere. If you don't want to help customers or give good service & rather talk to co workers, please don't work retail??

Terrible Terrible, service horrible, staff is 100 high school kids, 1 adult, the store full of customers and only 2 young girls that looks like they are training as a cashier and only one register working. Saturday operations like that. Something it’s not right here. BAD BAD BAD BAD

Paul helped my boyfriend and I find the kayaks we needed and went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. He is an amazing worker!

The place to be for your sporting goods needs! They have treadmills, ellipticals, exercise bikes and all manner of workout gear from running shoes to weights. I do wish their staff was as present as they used to be, since they do seem to be understaffed especially during the weekends. Connected to the mall so a lot of foot traffic and they are very busy.

Doing an even change for different size shoe and one cashier lady said can not do exchange cause i do not have the card physically then i told her that i will called my step dad to get him card number. I went to the manager and asked him about the same thing then ahead of time said that she shoes were dirty. Total poor customer service first and last time i do purchases here.Update I went to a different store and they super nice to help me. I got my correct size and super happy with my shoes. But NOT with customer service of concord mills store.

Bad customer service! Was in here recently and NOBODY was in the shoe department. I saw a young guy in the men's section folding clothes and I advised that I needed help in the shoe department. He literally turned to me and said "I don't work in that department". I just turned and walked out the door! Bought some shoes at Nike Outlet instead.

We came in at 8:45 pm on Wednesday 10/11/23 and the three associates did not rush us or make us feel like we were a burden! They took their time and went above and beyond to make sure all of our questions were answered and that we were well taken care of!

Buyer beware. Store sold me a damaged store model as "new" at full price, but would not offer a return or exchange. Stationary exercise bike they sold me had cosmetic damage on the wheels, Schwinn logo and adjustment bar for the seat. Belt also makes a grinding noise as well.

Ridiculous shopping experience here. My online app had clear and obvious sale price on an item. The cashier wouldn’t sell me the item because of the amount of discount that I had discovered from the app. This happened twice at this location. As a customer, I think it’s ok to get a great price on clearance items. I’ve had good experiences at some locations and poor experiences at others. This one was extremely poor. Won’t be back.

This place used to be where TJMaxx and HomeGoods used too be but they moved to the shopping center next to Concord Mills. The stuff over here a overpriced and the layout feels unfinished.
