“Extended hours until 4pm even on New Years Eve was great. Parking is adequate. Facility is clean and well kept. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable. No excessive paperwork before being seen. Face masks and hand sanitizer were adequate and easily accessible. Had the option to wait in my vehicle and receive a call when ready. We were informed up front that our wait would be about an hour and a half. I appreciated the courtesy of being informed about the long wait at check-in. The waiting room wasn’t overly crowded, maybe 6-8 people. The waiting was long but once we were taken to the treatment area, everything else lived up to the name. Staff functioned efficiently as a team. We felt heard and treated with care and competency by the whole team. I would seek urgent care at this Concord location again…but I would eat first next time — didn’t expect to have over an hour wait. This is why I’m rating 4 stars instead of 5. Other than the wait time, I’d give 5 stars.”
