“I have been going to Lake Norman Family Medicine for many years. Each time I am there the see my primary care physician Dr Seaton it has always been very pleasurable. The staff there has always taken care of me, from the front office staff, the nurses that I have encountered and the phlebotomists. Dr Seaton has to be the best Dr I have been blessed be with for all these years. He listens intently to my questions and any things that may be on my mind. He always responds quickly to my needs via the portal as well as when referrals are necessary. He was there for me when my dad passed away with empathetic words to help me thru my sadness. He truly cares about his patients. My lab results have never looked better and that's because he works with you to improve your overall health. Thank You, the staff, at LNFM you all are wonderful and truly a professional staff, and I Thank You Dr Seaton for all your wonderful care and professional medical knowledge.”

I was in a car accident a little over a year ago. I’ve been coming here since the week after my accident. Sharon Stitt, FNP and the team there are more than fantastic. My goodness, she is resourceful and really attentive to my health, she even helped me quit smoking. The moment I met her, I knew she was gonna be my permanent physician. I couldn’t thank her enough for all the support through general health, physically and mentally through my accident, and just showing interest in what my day to day is like. It’s a DRIVE but I will take the 45 minutes anytime to see her and the team at LangTree. P.S. The phlebotomist, I usually call her “my vampire”, there as well has to be one of my favorites. She doesn’t leave any marks (I bruise when someone flicks me) but no pain and honestly so nice and friendly. They all deserve their props”
