“The women at this urgent care, picked up the phone personally, answered my questions, got me in quickly and provided outstanding care on a Saturday afternoon for a situation that could’ve otherwise led to hours waiting (in pajn) in the ER. Got the ring cut off my swelling finger and meds dosed for the deep cat scratch which caused it. I was in and out in less than an hour, had responsive and empathetic care from the whole team and a super-competent NP who listened, asked the right questions, sized up the situation and responded quickly and professionally…. one of the best physician experiences I’ve had in my 54 years… And back home to rest and heal. All, without the hundreds (or thousands) of dollars an ER would’ve charged.
