I have been waiting of package since December 4, 2025. this December 10, 2025 and still no package. I have called FedEx everyday since Monday, December 8. 2025 when they left a doortag saying no one was available and that was a lie. I was home. Was told it would be there by day end next day. I have been told everyday no one was there to sign. Again, a lie. Now I get phone voice instead of a live person. Never been so upset like this. I am getting BS from FEDEX. The doortag has been on the door since 9:30pm on Monday night with my signature, date, and permission to leave the package. They need to be CLOSeD for GOOD.

Had 2 packages coming. Both packages have different tracking IDs. Both packages get delivered to a different house on the 7/24/25. Driver uploads a picture and the front door of that house does not match my front door. Completely different house. On the 26th fedex delivers 1 of the 2 packages shown in the picture taken by the driver. WHERE IS MY OTHER PACKAGE? The packages were together in the picture taken by the driver, why was only 1 package delivered? Its crazy to me that yall's driver cant seem to follow a GPS and deliver packages to the correct location. Just wild.

I was supposed to receive my package on Wednesday, 7/16. Thanks to my Ring doorbell, I saw the FedEx driver arrive, deliver one of two packages, and then leave without the second. I contacted FedEx Support to ask why the other item wasn’t delivered, and the representative told me the “barcode wasn’t able to scan.” They assured me it would be delivered on Friday, 7/18.
I work from home on Fridays, so I was prepared to receive it. However, I got a notification at 4:22 PM stating that the driver, Christopher, was “unable to deliver because the customer/business was not available.” That is simply not true. No one ever came to our house. Again, I have Ring doorbell footage to prove that no delivery attempt was made.
I’m incredibly frustrated. This is the second time I’ve experienced a questionable delivery issue from this location. It’s disappointing to have to deal with misinformation and poor service repeatedly.

Horrible!!! They said the address was incorrect that they attempted to deliver my package to, but it was not!. And they had to open up a “investigation to find the correct address” for my delivery that was extremely important to me a customized piece of Expensive jewelry of my late husband that passed away due to a brain hemorrhage. This has caused me extreme depression, and more mental pain. I will never use FedEx again!, And will be sure to check before purchasing from any company to see if they use them before spending a dime. They don’t care about their customers and what they may be going through they just see it as a job delivering packages, and not how what they deliver can actually affect people.

This location is the worse there was a package i need delivered TODAY and was given a time frame when that time ended update was sent to be delivered the next day? No thats not what i paid for and when i call they gave me sum bs excuse is due to the weather when they deliver rain sleet snow so that was a lie

THEY ARE STEALING PACKAGES FROM THIS FACILITY I HAVE A TOTAL OF 3 PACKAGES THAT NEVER UPDATED ONCE MAKING IT HERE!!!! THERE NEEDS TO BE AN INVESTIGATION LAUNCHED ON THIS FACILITY!!!!!! BEWARE!!!!! FEDEX IS DOING NOTHING ABOUT IT BUT GIVING ME THE RUN AROUND!!!!!

The guys who work for FedEx at this location were super helpful. They were utilizing a 3rd party to deliver our mattress which never got delivered because the driver is lazy. 3 times it got delayed because need get it on the truck but he said it was undeliverable. No signature needed for this package. FedEx customer support has no clue what they are doing and told us we could not go pick it up ourselves from the warehouse. That is a lie, they literally have a customer pick-up area. Anyways, I filled a complaint and the warehouse guys called me and told us we could pick it up. They were actually helpful.
The rest of FedEx is a joke.

Ground and home service is extremely poor in this area. So far, no delivery has been done properly. Every time they return it saying recipient refused delivery while I have never refused delivery and the fedex truck is never seen around. Express delivery is done properly for the same address.

Worst fedex someone is stealing packages in this facility if you have a package come through here it’s as good as gone and it’s sad when items can’t be replaced worst FedEx news needs to report this location asap

The worst
I had a fragrance to ship. Been to three FedEx locations, all of them are either don't want to work or don't know anything about their jobs. They keep sending me from one location to another location
at the end of everything they told me I need to have a certification to ship ....
Not true because I shipped them in the last 6 months from other cities. Very poor services
Deliveries are very hard to find, drivers drop them off at the curb of the street, or at the other buildings if an apartment complex, they also literally throw in the best case scenario by the door if you get lucky.

Package got there on 5/1/25 a whole week has gone by .. no update or movement since & it seems like everyone else here in the reviews can relate.. clearly there is something bigger going on here at this location! Package mysteriously is now lost ? LOL birthday ruined

FedEx has a delivery manager option for you to provide instructions on delivery options. My only reason for the special delivery is because my packages are getting stolen from the mailroom, and the apartment complex won't do anything about it. FedEx refuses to follow my delivery manager instructions, I have made over a dozen complaints and claims, even spoken to supervisors. It's even more convenient for them because stated I live on the first in the instructions.

I hate this fedex! The FedEx in Concord NC has to be the worst in the COUNTRY! I hate when I order something and it has to go to concord for delivery I never receive my delivery within the delivery date! Every experience I’ve had with them has been awful! This place doesn’t get better it gets worse!
