Normally, I have a good time in a Gamestop, and while the selection of Switch games is definitely different from others I've been to, I cannot stand how cramped this location is. Went in and picked up over $300 in pre-order and wasn't given a promo card

Josh was great but the girl manager had an horrible attitude. Went for a ps5 trade in to pro and they give me this box and tell me to take it or leave it. If it had a defect I was only covered if I purchased the extra warranty. Will cancel the renewal of my gamestop pro subscription and go to best buy moving forward.
