Customer service is poor. I went to pick up an order and at 11.30am just 1 register open with 1 cashier. I was in the line 25 minuts and everyone in the line was really upset. If you asked an associate for something they aren’t nice.

Most times in this particular store #2294, the customer service counter is maned by only one employee. Doesn’t matter how many people are waiting in line. Seen a number of customers put items back and leave the store.

Wonderful sales person! Replaced a watch purchased in December 2023. I got a new one! Had a warranty, no problem! Love shopping that is made easy and pleasant!
