“I bought the cutest dress coverups, similar to white shawls and a denim bolo jacket to go over Summer dresses. The online prices were CHEAPER, you can scan the barcode with their app...they honor that price!!!I got a gorgeous 70% off dress it had been $103. There was an additional percentage of I paid $14 for it! My friend used her Torrid credit card which gave an additional 5% more off and she got reward points. I simply sent her the money electronically, she wanted the points.”

“This place is a great store to find super affordable clothing for all shapes and sizes! Half the store is for plus/curvy, and the other half is for small-midsize!! They also carry super cute accessories, jewelry, shoes, pajamas, lingerie; etc! Lots to choose from, not all the top-notch quality, but all at great and affordable pricing! The store is clean and pretty well organized. The staff here is not very welcoming or kind when you walk in unless they know you. I've been here several times and nobody greets me or says hi when I walk in, and sometimes that makes a big difference in a customer's shopping experience/day. Other than that I do enjoy coming here for the huge variety of clothing that is offered and unbeatable prices. There is always an awesome sale happening too!!!!”

“We shopped at the Kate Spade Concord Mills location last evening and thought the sales staff were all outstanding. The four employees we spoke to all greeted us, answered questions and were so patient despite the crowd. We were shopping for a Hudson tote that was not at the outlet. They called Charlotte and then at least 3 other places to finally locate the Hudson tote in the color we requested. After a tutorial on a pay-by-link, we were assured our bag was on the way and received a followup call from them today! What extraordinary salesmanship.”

I picked up a few mystery blind boxes on my most recent trip and instead of opening them alone Del and Park asked to see me open them. My intoverted self didn’t want to but they both were so sweet and made the whole trip amazing. Thank you both. Del even made sure they corrected my info on my account as almost none of it was up to date as I’ve moved and had the wrong name in the system. They are such a joy, I’ll need to run by and pick up some more blind boxes to not only complete the set but also to bring some joy to both them, and to enjoy a trip out of my comfort zone.”
