“Best shop in all of NC. I spend all my money at this boutique. Great clothes, lots of Judy Blue jeans and just a great atmosphere. You have to visit. It is a must. They have a Thursday night live (on their app - need to get the app) where they have mark downs, play games for discounts and just have a blast displaying all the newest trends. Small family-owned business, which makes it even better to go and support! Wish they would come out to SC. Love you Frankie Js!”

Decarlo was personable and professional in assisting my husband (and me) by getting measurements, making smart recommendations, and even getting us 20% off by suggesting we get a Brooks Bros credit card. Decarlo went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of before we left. Let me contrast this experience with the one we had at Mens Wearhouse just 10 minutes earlier, where no one even greeted us.”

“I love the Carolina Mall location. I always get greeted every time I walk in the store regardless if I can’t even see which direction the voice is coming from & who is actually greeting me. Lol the effort is always appreciated. It’s nice to be seen & acknowledged every visit. The manager here is the absolute BEST !! And I hope as long as I shop there she’ll be there ! She’s has exceptional ppls skills & is always so friendly and personable ! I want to say she’s only this way with me…but it’s not jist me; she’s gives the same friendly and personable customer service experience with every person she speaks to! Cus she’s just that awesome ! The store is always kept up, clean and organized.”

“I went into Lucky Brand just browsing. Trey that worked there was so nice, full of energy and eager to help. I ended up leaving with nothing but then later coming back to purchase some items and Trey not only helped me but encouraged me to try a shirt on I wanted to order but it was so stinking hot I was like no way am I trying something on but he was so nice and was like “look, I even have a cool zone waiting for you” and it was cool area with a fan circulating so I tried it on and ended up ordering what I wanted. “I always love coming to the store, my last purchase was these wonderful little triangles and circles that allowed the sun to come through. This store just invites the Earth into your home. I know that may sound cliche, but it really makes you feel as if you're bringing in those moments that tool created moments to just stay allows these moments to stay!”
“Oh my goodness!!! This place! It's the way a shopping experience should be. The store is always neat, sizes organized and you're welcomed by genuine friendly staff.
They make you feel like they know you. (They probably do by now, with how much I shop here!) 😂
They always offer to get you a fitting room. But the help is never overbearing or intrusive. They have an amazing incentive program. Sales, sales, sales! Plus if you get their card, it's free shipping and always an additional 10% off.

“This place is great! Top brands sorted by color and then size. Watch for a single number 1, 2 or 3 on the tag. There are more discounts based on the day and if the tag has one of the numbers that corresponds with the day you're there. Be cautious of the true sizes, make sure they fit first. 2 times in a row I bought my size and was way too small. Could of been juniors with adult, not sure since the tag didn't indicate this. In all, a must go for discounted sporting apparel.”
“I was looking for the v shape leggins and this store did not disappoint! Found the leggins and some other items that were 70% off...winning! I've never heard of this store until I went to the mall, but I will definitely return. I was also able to get 25% additional off for signing up for the mobile notification.”

“Lots of party and everyday clothing. If your not ready for NYE, you might want to stop in this lovely store. Theu have a lot of things on sale. Sizes run from XS to XXL. No certain section for larger sizes, just all blended in.”
“I received exceptional customer service with my visit at the Buckles in Concord Mills Mall. Lizzie warmly greeted me as soon as I walked into the store and offered to assist me with finding outfits. I let her know my style and she did a phenomenal job finding outfits that looked amazing on me. I was super impressed with how knowledgeable she was and how she went above and beyond continuing to bring me clothes that she thought would look good on me. It was a Saturday and they were busy but she made me feel as if I was her only customer with the level of service she gave. She was very friendly as well so I give her a 10 out of 10. The manager, Kaitlin, also came over to ask how I was doing and overheard my conversation with Lizzie and gave me some additional jeans to try on and was super sweet. Joelle greeted me and was very friendly as well. I went into almost every store in that mall and no stores customer service came close in comparison to the service I received at Buckles today. I am very impressed and will be back again. I’m not sure if you reward stores for exceptional service with gift cards, food, or some type of reward…I would say this store 100% deserves to be rewarded for their great service!”

“My mother-in-law and I had an errand to run in Concord Mills and she asked me to meet her in the food court. After having a bite to eat, I think Francesca has a really strategic location because I popped in immediately. As Christmas is less than a week away, the store was full with people, and I walked around and took plenty of pics to show you what they offer.

Ashley whom we met when we walked in was awesome! She kindly approached and helped me find a merino wool sweater for our son who is a junior in college. He’s hard to shop for but this was a classic sweater perfect for Spring. Ashley was quite patient with us as my husband and I debated about colors of the sweaters. Glad we finally came to an agreement on neutral gray. Classics are the best!
