“Best shop in all of NC. I spend all my money at this boutique. Great clothes, lots of Judy Blue jeans and just a great atmosphere. You have to visit. It is a must. They have a Thursday night live (on their app - need to get the app) where they have mark downs, play games for discounts and just have a blast displaying all the newest trends. Small family-owned business, which makes it even better to go and support! Wish they would come out to SC. Love you Frankie Js!”
“I love the Carolina Mall location. I always get greeted every time I walk in the store regardless if I can’t even see which direction the voice is coming from & who is actually greeting me. Lol the effort is always appreciated. It’s nice to be seen & acknowledged every visit. The manager here is the absolute BEST !! And I hope as long as I shop there she’ll be there ! She’s has exceptional ppls skills & is always so friendly and personable ! I want to say she’s only this way with me…but it’s not jist me; she’s gives the same friendly and personable customer service experience with every person she speaks to! Cus she’s just that awesome ! The store is always kept up, clean and organized.”

“Could not have asked for a better experience and let me tell you why... I did not buy anything and was treated like a king. I was on a mission while trying to find a specific color shoe lace as a purchase I made the day prior at another Vans store left me without a good option. The staff at the Concord Mills location went above and beyond for me to search high and low throughout their stockroom and even made some suggestions to where I could find what I was looking for. While no purchase was made at this location, I will most certainly be back to make a purchase in the future - Assuming they get Rowleys that I do not have!”
“This was my first visit to Brooks Brothers at Concord Mills. They were running a great sale, which gave me the perfect opportunity to browse and see what they have to offer. I took plenty of photos to give others a better idea of the selection.
I’ve always associated Brooks Brothers with quality, and that definitely holds true here. The only reason for my four-star rating is the lack of customer engagement because I wasn’t approached to see if I needed assistance.
I’m hopeful my next visit will be a better experience.

“I had a wonderful experience here at Buckle this week, and I have the girls who work here to thank for it-particularly Melody! I went in with the intention of buying one shirt, but I left with five new tops that are exactly my style. I wouldn’t have found such fun new tops without Melody’s help because she knew the store’s inventory like the back of her hand. If I had been left to browse on my own, I probably would have left with one thing without seeing what else Buckle had to offer.
Melody also sorted through a ton of denim pants and shorts for me while I was in the changing room. Unfortunately, for a girl with a long torso and shorter legs, finding flare or bootcut jeans is a struggle. Thankfully, she informed me that Buckle offers free alterations which I had no idea about.
Overall, I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone needing a wardrobe refresh. Thanks again Melody!”
“I don't usually leave reviews for clothing stores, but Arthur/ Trey and the rest of the crew at this store just go so far above and beyond that it's incredible. I was here with my daughters and son a couple months ago and he not only went out of his way to be helpful to us, but when we came in this afternoon, remembered us and dapped up everybody as we came back in. Then the whole crew was super helpful once again! We'll be back.”

“I was looking for the v shape leggins and this store did not disappoint! Found the leggins and some other items that were 70% off...winning! I've never heard of this store until I went to the mall, but I will definitely return. I was also able to get 25% additional off for signing up for the mobile notification.”

“Lots of party and everyday clothing. If your not ready for NYE, you might want to stop in this lovely store. Theu have a lot of things on sale. Sizes run from XS to XXL. No certain section for larger sizes, just all blended in.”

“My mother-in-law and I had an errand to run in Concord Mills and she asked me to meet her in the food court. After having a bite to eat, I think Francesca has a really strategic location because I popped in immediately. As Christmas is less than a week away, the store was full with people, and I walked around and took plenty of pics to show you what they offer.

“This place is great! Top brands sorted by color and then size. Watch for a single number 1, 2 or 3 on the tag. There are more discounts based on the day and if the tag has one of the numbers that corresponds with the day you're there. Be cautious of the true sizes, make sure they fit first. 2 times in a row I bought my size and was way too small. Could of been juniors with adult, not sure since the tag didn't indicate this. In all, a must go for discounted sporting apparel.”
“We had a great experience at this Banana Republic Factory store in Concord Mills. We had earned some rewards from using our Gap credit card so we spent some of it here.
Ashley whom we met when we walked in was awesome! She kindly approached and helped me find a merino wool sweater for our son who is a junior in college. He’s hard to shop for but this was a classic sweater perfect for Spring. Ashley was quite patient with us as my husband and I debated about colors of the sweaters. Glad we finally came to an agreement on neutral gray. Classics are the best!
