Terrible service. Long haired guy with tattoos was too busy on the phone to help me. Got pissed off when I asked to see a hat. Guess he was too cool for school to be working there. Oh well, they lost a sale. Way more choices out there.

Bob was great. Gave me the best customer service I’ve had at Lids since I’ve been shopping here for years. Keep him in your management and your stores will do well. Thank You! Been looking for this fitted for awhile and got to wear the one I wanted out with a Lids membership too
