My husband & I went to Lowes and asked for some help anchoring down a privacy panel on our patio that kept falling over when we had lots of wind and rain. Lorenzo and Dalton were a great help. They explained what we needed to do and helped us find what we needed. Great job to both of them!

This used to be my favorite Lowe's store. It appears to me they have lowered their inventory and quality of products. I spent an hour going through smoke detectors to find one that would assemble.

Awesome, we'll knowlegded, friendly staff an ma'agrment clean store and bathrooms an parking lot, the store is very well stock easy to navagate store an almost always have wat ypu need very helpful sn knowledgeable employees zn very friendly

Worst customer service I have ever seen. This is the reason I go to Home Depot 90% of the time everyone was too lazy to help.

Employee Veronica was rude and impolite. She refused to fulfill my pickup order, because her system said that the item (which I found in the store) was out of stock. Instead, she aggressively stated ‘there’s nothing [she] can do!” “You’ll have to order it again.”
I didn't want to order it again, because the online price was 40% higher than when I initially placed the order.
Veronica should not continue working in Lowe’s CUSTOMER SERVICE department!

I have been calling customer service for two days now. They answer the phone, quickly put u on hold without allowing you to say a word and the NEVER come back to the phone! I am literally on hold right now! I need to talk to someone about a delivery that I was supposed to receive yesterday! Very very poor customer service!
