This is a good Lowes location and usually gettung in isn't a problem, and it has an stand alone parking lot so usually not very crowded. The staff are also quite helpful.

Everyone I encountered in this store was pleasant.
However, it's a self-checkout only store. I don't think reflects great customer service. We will choose another box store to shop.

Five stars to Wilanel in customer service! She was the most helpful Lowes employee I've ever met. I went in yesterday and I had a complicated return. She stuck with me and tried several different avenues to help me. She was amazing. I wish all Lowes employees were like her!
