They worked with me with my coupon! Great car wash. Always easy to get in and vacuum. Even busy, I found I can always get a spot at the vacuum without a wait.

They do a very poor job on washing trucks. There are multiple rules applied to washing trucks. These rules are applied differently at each location. You don't find out what part of the washing process was turned until the wash is complete.

The first time the attendant took my car in the machine to be washed, because of my phobia. I didn't know it was a self-service place. Like the staff, however, I prefer to go to a place that does everything. If you like doing the self-service of your car, go.
