“Probably the best self service wash in the county they’ve got everything you need. It all seems well taken care of. The only negative is the location it’s pretty tight the maneuver in and out. Sprays, brushes, and bays are all kept up with really well.”
“Just went to the Concord location today (9/6/25). Please keep in mind I have been to almost every Sam's car wash in NC. Today was one of a very few (less than 5) times that one of the young men took their time and made sure ALL the bugs was washed off front of vehicle.
Omari was his name and he should be recognized for doing a good job!!!! I really hope the management team for Sams sees this and tells Omari that he is appreciated!!!”

“What a great manual car wash! I am one of those people who doesn't like automatic car washes and prefer to take care of the car myself and this place is the best spot for it. It's very clean and the equipment is in perfect condition so I feel safe using it on my car!”
