This includes providing teller services through drive-thru lanes only, in-person visits by appointment only, and select branch closures. One of the banker’s are great.. But the tellers are unfriendly. First she called to the window and then asked the person behind if she could help her.. I was stunned.. Then told me to take a seat and wait for a banker.. Who then came out to meet, no smile, suspicious of me!

This bank is so slow they only have 2 tellers and when you go inside to deposit it take always a long time I try to go to the window but is no better.

Horrible customer service. Branch manager, Crystal, very rude and had a major attitude. I closed my account and will never bank with them again. BB&T was great. Too bad Truist had to mess that ip
