Nice looking facility. Line takes way too long for basic transactions. Will not be returning. Don't have the time to waste away in a line like this.

I have been mad ever since they closed the branch on Church Street. Union Street is a pain to get in and out I have never had an issue with the tellers they seem Pleasant enough but busy. Called to ask a question about a deposit and was on hold for 7 minutes but that's because they have no help inside

There have been cases where I had great experience but the only person, I've had issues with is with banker Krystal on multiple occasions. She does not hold great customer service. I used to work at the bank myself and would never act the way she did.
