I absolutely love going to the UPS store on Bayfield Pkwy, Concord, NC. Their customer service is impeccable and the work that has completed. There has never failed me. I am a classroom teacher, and they have printed and laminated majority of my materials.
Thank you and your team so much for working hard to ensure that your customers are continuously happy and satisfied. Like always, I will be back and a special shout out to Steven. He always excels and exceeds my expectations.

The agent that helped me was professional, & courteous! He even showed me grace with my Nike.com return because I didn't have it packaged properly! I'll be sure to use that UPS location again.

My husband and I visited the UPS Store for Notary services. We relocated to NC a couple of years ago. Since being here, we haven't experienced anything like the serve we received on our visit to this site.. Customer service support was at it's best. The employee that completed our paperwork was courteous and very professional. Thank you sir, job well done.

Always well taken care of at this location. Have been to several other UPS stores when this one was remodeling and none compared in their customer service. The staff is always prompt, friendly, helpful, and informative. 10 out of 10 would recommend this location above all others and will consistently drive out of my way to utilize this store over any other.
