Don't know if this store won the lottery on great people, but we have had nothing but good experiences. Friendly, prompt, always that little extra. I'd happily give them six stars, or more!

I LOVE this store! Everyone there is so kind and helpful. I purposefully select UPS as my shipping method because I know if I have any problems, the staff will treat me like a real person and help me figure it out.

Mira was the employee that helped me at the Afton Ridge UPS location. I’m near 60 yrs old and I don’t understand much in the way of computers, much less my own phone. She was able to track my QR code when I had failed to supply her with proper identification for my packages. God bless her!
