I needed to get important documents sent to my attorney from North Carolina to Brooklyn overnight.And of course I needed a notary and got here at 5:48pm. A notary.
Service's end at 6 PM.But sweet Grace was able to help me.And I got my documents sent off just in time. Overall I had such an amazing experience and are so thankful for them! I i would highly recommend this ups store to anyone!

We have used this location multiple times over the years and have never had a bad experience. The people who work there are very nice, patient, efficient and knowledgeable. They are always helpful. They never rush you out and make sure you are satisfied before leave. I would definitely recommend this location.

I have always come in for shipping needs, but today I had to come in for printing. The service continues to be top notch and very helpful! I recommend this store to anyone!

I needed to create a celebration of life program and went to this location. Let me say 1000 stars is not enough for the excellent customer service I received from Grace. I was an emotional wreck in the store, crying, uncertain how to create the program. Grace was patient, offered several suggestions, listened, asked if I wanted a bottle of water or if she could get me anything.
It took some time,, my phone was acting up, Grace made sure my celebration of life program was beautiful and perfect. Thank you Grace, your kindness and sweet spirit will always be cherished.
To the readers, if you want excellent, customer service, go to this location at Concord Mills and ask for Grace...she is a precious gem.

Brett has exceptional customer service skills, is personable and makes it easy and a joy to come into this UPS location! He always greets me with a smile and is willing to take a moment to answer any questions and not make me feel rushed. I now don’t hesitate in going to this location as the prior owners and staff were awful to deal with. Thank you Brett for always doing a great job and with a smile….this is non-existent in most establishments nowadays so he truly stands out in being customer-focused and deserves a promotion and should train all customer-facing staff!

The staff is very friendly, and extremely helpful. Gabby receive the package for me that was sent to the wrong mailbox , but she figured it out! Thx Gabby!!! Outstanding service! I would recommend the mailbox service to anyone!
