The store either does not know what they are doing or lies to get you to go with their plan. Then do nothing to make it right with you. I strongly recommend never using this store.

If I could give a 0 I would. We had an appointment Manager was extremely boisterous, not interested in providing customer service. Scoffed when we asked to explore lowering plan rates .Told us that the eligible rate we qualified for that we weren’t.Went went on the Verizon site ourselves, entered information , and received a lower rate immediately. Stay away.This is not how you treat a 22 year valued customer.

Walked in the guy was clueless about the new Samsung galaxy fold 6 . I was interested in switching from AT&T but since he was so clueless and out off ish I just said thank u good bye

Visited the store for phone troubleshooting and received a warm welcome. Arpana offered exceptional support, quickly identifying the problem and providing additional knowledge about phone accessories. She also assisted in setting up an additional line for my soon-to-open business. Great appreciation for the excellent service!

These guys must work on commission because they wanted to charge me more for a new phone than the price on the verizon website after all discounts and trade-in value on my current phone.

We got excellent service at the Verizon store in Concord, NC. Jeff was our primary consultant, but all the store representatives were friendly and helpful. We came in to take advantage of the deal for a free phone to switch back to Verizon, and Jeff walked us through in a knowledgeable, professional, and friendly manner. Thanks!

Specialist Greg Willis went above and beyond for me today. I've had poor service at other Verizon stores, but Greg renewed my faith in Verizon. He not only helped me pick out a new phone, but he helped me save money on my plan. Every penny saved helps in this economy, right? Thank you, Greg.

Absolutely terrible. All I want to do is ask the store if they sell batteries but the automated Verizon account verification makes that impossible. Going elsewhere.

My wife and I just bought two of the latest phones from this location. At first, we were happy with the service we received last Friday. However, tonight I had a problem with the phone I just purchased and asked for help. The store was closing and not one employee was willing to help. I will not return to this location.

BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!
This review is not to this particular store but Verizon as a whole. My phone is completely paid for and they will not unlock my phone so I can switch carriers. This is going on day six with no service. I feel like they are dragging their feet because I have decided to switch carriers. I have reached out to the Verizon exec team and they are treating me like I’m in the wrong by asking me to prove that I received the phone, even though I paid the phone off directly through Verizon. I was working with a Tech supervisor who totally Ghosted me and even though she said she expedited it three times, I have heard nothing from her today and gotten no resolution. I’ve paid my bill on time for 5 years and I’m being treated as if I’m trying to skip out on paying.
I would not select them as your carrier.

I dropped into this location when I dropped my phone and filed an insurance claim. I got my phone delivered the next day and had to go back into the store to get help with activation. I was in and out both times in less than 20 minutes. I had an awful experience at a different location last year and didn't have high hopes but they were awesome both times. I will now be going exclusively to this location and had a positive experience!

Stopped by the store today because I needed a new car charger for my iPhone 11. They did not have a charger that fits my phone. I couldn’t believe it. Very disappointing that they don’t have simple everyday items like this in stock. My phone was about to die, and I really needed to buy one!
