I dropped into this location when I dropped my phone and filed an insurance claim. I got my phone delivered the next day and had to go back into the store to get help with activation. I was in and out both times in less than 20 minutes. I had an awful experience at a different location last year and didn't have high hopes but they were awesome both times. I will now be going exclusively to this location and had a positive experience!

Ran into a ton of issues with other employees here when I switched to Verizon and had to come back so many times frustrated but, I met DaMonn and he got everything sorted out quickly. He is my go to here, always is extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and communicative!! He doesn’t hesitate to get anything I need fixed, I won’t use anyone else besides him! Great experience, he needs a promotion! ?

20 years being faithful customers and screwed again. 2 Samsung Galaxy S21 ultra phones reached memory limits and freezing. Researched phones and decided on the New Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra. Samsung website advertised $700 per trade in and $25 per month per phone. For 2 years. After being a customer for over 20 years we checked with Verizon. Owed $240 each on the old phones after 2 years. Paid. "Same deal as what Samsung is offering."We walked out with 2 New Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultras. leaving after spending over $700. $280 for each traded phone, perfect condition, in the original factory boxes with all included accessories that came with them. " Doesn't matter about the condition of the phone. It's your plan that determines how much you get." " If you want to change to a new plan we will give you $700 for each phone." What about the NFL Sunday Ticket you're advertising? " Nope, that's only if you switch plans." So I just paid off 2 phones, purchased 2 flagship phones that are now $33 per month vs. $25 , $280 trade in vs. $700 and I get nothing. No incentive, no NFL Sunday Ticket and I even get screwed over for an additional $35 per phone to "upgrade."Don't think for a second that sticking with Verizon for over 20 years, being faithful customers, paying on time, never missing a payment, upgrading phones every 2 years means a damn thing to Verizon. I'm talking with consumer Cellular and they are willing to pay off our brand new phones to get our business. Pretty disappointing Verizon. Go ahead and keep screwing your faithful customers so you can get new ones that may or may not stick with you. Maybe not pay their bills on time. No wonder Verizon is shedding customers. Go ahead, look it up. Great company if you want to get screwed. They won't even post my review.

Customer service is really bad. I think, store manager should go for training and learn how to handle the customer.If anyone uses AT&T plz don’t move to Verizon. I can tell you based on my 4+ months experience, AT&T has better 5G network Speed than Verizon. Plz don’t do same mistake which I did, after using AT&T formore than 15 years, I moved to Verizon.

My husband had to go here for an issue with his phone. I walked in after him. My husband informed me that 2 male employees made fun of me before I walked in to the store. I have no idea what I did to make these employees make fun of me, loudly, in front of customers and a manager was in there. Very upsetting. I will never go in this store again and I urge others to be aware.

Not very fond of this location, employees at like they are better than you… they tend to over talk you rather than listen. Need more training on customer service. While I was in there waiting, I noticed a Custer stating “do you wanna help me or not” to a employee… she was upset by his arrogance… I totally agree with her…
