What a travesty. The company closes down the other location in Concord that was closest to me and I have to use this one. I go in and 1 teller with 10 people in a line thats taking 10 minutes per transaction. Wells Fargo, do better.

If I could give no stars I would!! This place is horrible. You go in to make a deposit and you stand in line forever!! They have one employee running the front counter!! With 20 people in line. If I didn't have to make deposits for the company I worked for I would not come here !! Never ever !!!

I wish I could give 0 stars. I had an appt at 12:30, it’s 1:05, they said I have to reschedule because they were running behind but they also had things to do in the back. Very unprofessional and nobody was helpful at all, they did not even tried to fix the problem.
