Staff is excellent but they are always understaffed. Usually only one teller working with a long line of customers. Staff always seems overwhelmed. I go in about once a week and always same experience.... Slow

I retired from Wachover Bank after 34 years and continue banking with Wells Fargo since 1970. In all my years I have never experienced such poor customer service. I have been trying to add a new signature on our accounts for over a month. I have made trips to the Wilmer Branch sent e-mails to the Branch Manager ( Ebony McGhee) who has never had the courtesy to answer my e-mail. As a last resort I find it necessary to close our accounts. Also, I would like to register a formal complaint.

DO NOT make any cash deposits at this bank. THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY! .I tried to make a deposit last week and the machine took hundreds of dollars. I had to file a claim,. When I called the claims department a week later my claim was still waiting on que. These are difficult times to be playing with peoples money like this. Will never be coming to this atm again, unless you record yourself making the deposit it’s free ground for this bank to steal from people.

Was at Wells Fargo yesterday at Church St branch. Worst customer service ever! The administrative person I was speaking to told me to Be Quiet she was speaking and I needed to be quiet. Do not EVER do business with this bank. So disrespectful.

Everyone is so friendly! My deposit was quickly taken care of. Not a single snag. Just an average trip to the bank. Safety measures for COVID were politely explained with signs in the lobby. I think the woman at the front desk was smiling, but it's hard to tell with these masks. Either way, 10/10 bank location.

I stopped in to open a new checking account and apply for new secured credit card. I was approved for both. I received the debit card on schedule just as the representative said. However, it's been 3 weeks and still haven't received the credit card. I go to check the mail today and there is mail from Wells Fargo. I open it and there was no card but instead it's a bill for the annual service fee of the credit card. These banks are so damn greedy. They can't even send you the card before they start billing you. It's just common sense/courtesy. But no......they gotta get that money before they even mail out the card. Typical bank of greed. If I wasn't trying do a few things I'd go ahead and cancel both credit card and checking account.
