I had dismal experience, repeatedly with personal banker LR. She did not take ownership of several important questions, just deflected to Wells Fargo website. Literally the worst branch in the area. Rude, incompetent, don’t waste time going there.

The staff here is atrocious. Tellers but especially bankers. They will look at you like scum just for asking for help. Go to any other branch.
