“We had always shopped the clearance center in downtown Hickory so this was our first time at the main store. We were out on Black Friday and just decided to pop in to see what they had. We weren’t planning to spend as much as we did, but as the old saying goes, “you get what you pay for”. With Connie’s help, we found 2 matching Lazy Boy rocker recliners that were in stock. Check out and setting up delivery we’re painless. We were in and out in 30 mins if that long. They set us up for the following Friday and they guy (I think his name was Brandon)called us about an hr or so earlier saying he could come sooner if we wanted. That worked out beautifully for us. They were in and out in about 10 mins if that. Super nice guys. I looked these up online later and we saved between $400-$600 per chair depending on which place you looked at. They are much better quality than the old Ashley ones we had. Those would barely last us a yr. These are far more comfy and come with a lifetime mechanical, spring, and frame warranty.”
