“I stopped by last week w/ my 2 garden hose in hand. A young man sold me what I needed, connected them & explained what the problem was. He did this patiently and without looking at me like I was stupid. I really appreciated his customer service skills!”

“Killians Hardware has constantly shown friendly, courteous, timely, and professional customer service. Each time we visit Killians we are treated like family. Whether it is purchasing equipment, having equipment serviced, or just stopping in to say hello, we are greeted with a friendly smile from everyone. Employees are well informed in their respective fields. Your questions are always answered in detail and comprehensible. Additionally, employees never come across as “pushy” or try to force a sale. We have never left Killians feeling like we have been done wrong. Killians Hardware will continue to be our go to dealer and is highly recommended to everyone.”

“This is a while back, maybe a year ago, but I came here to buy a power drill and wasn't really sure what I wanted. One of their employees, a veteran, was very kind and friendly. He saw me and asked if I needed any help so we talked about what I needed and he made some recommendations. He helped me get everything I needed and walked me to the register. I had a great and easy shopping experience here. I went to the Morganton location on a separate occasion after my visit at the Hickory location to buy another power tool and didn't have a great experience. I will definitely drive farther to the Hickory location because of my great interaction with their employee. (I was in the area visiting my mom, which is why I went to this location).”
