He saw me and asked if I needed any help so we talked about what I needed and he made some recommendations. He helped me get everything I needed and walked me to the register. I had a great and easy shopping experience here. I went to the Morganton location on a separate occasion after my visit at the Hickory location to buy another power tool and didn't have a great experience. I will definitely drive farther to the Hickory location because of my great interaction with their employee. (I was in the area visiting my mom, which is why I went to this location).”
