“I cannot believe it took me so long to switch from a chain pharmacy. There is no phone tree when you call Medical Village Pharmacy. They have a very simple to use mobile app that has a chat feature that connects you with an employee (that actually works there!!) for non-emergent questions. There is never a long line no matter when you go to pick up your medications (at least not since I have been, and I've been at various times on various days, including Saturday).The employees at Medical Village Pharmacy are so kind and helpful, and they don't appear to hate their job unlike those who work at the chain pharmacies. They have gone above and beyond to assist me, something I never experienced at a chain pharmacy (especially recently). The store has reasonable hours for customers and decent hours for employees, including 1 day that's entirely closed per week. I have already recommended Medical Village Pharmacy to friends and family multiple times, and I have only been a customer here for a handful of months.”

“I decided to go to this Pharmacy prior to this Pharmacy I was going to CVS in Newton. I was waiting a very very long time for my prescriptions. I was treated very disrespectfully so I decided to try out Bowman's. Ever since I've been at Bowman's which is been about 3 months, everyone there has been extremely polite and nice to me. My medicine is always ready when I get there. I have had no issues and they have amazing things in their store. I am so glad that I made the switch.”

“Based on recent Pharmacy/Covid Testing Services experience: On 1/26/22 at 1:00 pm, my husband and I completed Covid Testing at this location. My husband's testing appointment was scheduled for 1:00 pm and mine was scheduled for 1:10 pm. We arrived a little before 1:00 pm and proceeded to the Drive Thru Lane, there were 3 vehicles in already waiting. When we checked in at the window, the male staff member (I'm sorry I do not remember his name) was extremely professional and efficient. He immediately asked my husband if there was anyone else testing in the vehicle and he processed my appointment at same time. In other words, we did not have to circle the building and I did not have to wait until 1:10 pm to complete my test. This was not only extremely efficient, it was, in my opinion, extremely compassionate. We very much appreciate it! We were not feeling well so the sooner we could get back home and get back in bed the better. The test process is set up very well! It is almost No Contact but I don't think there is anyway that it could be made completely No Contact. I felt very safe taking this test and I was not concerned about accidentally exposing anyone. You must schedule your testing appointment online. You check in through a closed window via an intercom with the CVS staff member. They ask you to verify your name and date of birth, as well as the confirmation number associated with your test (confirmation number is sent via text to your cell phone) then they give you the kits to perform the test yourself in your car. The test are sent out a drawer, not through an open window. After you complete the test, you place the completed specimen in a drop box just passed the check in window. Staff even supplies antibacterial cleaning wipes for you to disinfect the box lid before and after you touch it. The male staff member made sure we knew the process and even though we said that we understood the process and that we had watched the Instruction Video, he still walked us through the process. Wow! What great customer service! Throughly educated, we were able to complete our tests and drop them in the box. CVS texts you the results of your test. We received ours the next evening, a little more than 24 hours later. I really do not feel that you can ask for a quicker turnaround time. I must applaud the efficiency and quickness of the lab staff in this process (lab is not owned by CVS & tests are not processed onsite). One more compliment for this location, when my husband and I were searching for test sites, this location was the only store that had testing appointments available in a 40 mile radius. We are so thankful that there were appointments available the next day and did not mind driving 22 miles to make the appointments. I highly recommend this location for Covid Testing! Hopefully, all CVS locations are as efficient as this store. If so, I would say that I recommend testing with CVS period.”

“I just want to show my appreciation for a young lady named CC at the Conover Walmart Pharmacy today. When I first called her she was very helpful and answered my questions. She did not act annoyed at my questions and seem to genuinely want to help me. She gave me a number to call to try to help me with a prescription. That worked out and I was able to go and get the medication I needed and she was the one who helped me there. Very nice person and knew exactly what she was doing. Thank you to CC and Conover Walmart Pharmacy!”

However, they state they have only had the boosters for months but the website will allow you to book appts for 1st/2nd primary dose when they do not have it. They will not be getting it back in. Also tried the location on HWY 127 but came to the same result.”
