“We've lived in the mooresville area for three years now and recently moved to Terrell. We had been using the Walgreens on 150 and Williamson which was always a complete mess. They would tell me my prescription was ready - I would show up to pick it up; they would say it wasn't ready, etc. This Walgreens in Maiden has always been super efficient, notified me when my prescription was ready, had it ready timely, followed up with me on new prescriptions, answered questions timely and accurately - all experiences have been 100% perfect! “I can’t say enough good things about this pharmacy. The entire staff is genuinely friendly and consistently goes out of their way to be accommodating. From day-to-day customer service to making sure my insurance is doing everything it can to reduce costs, they are proactive, attentive, and kind.
The pharmacists in particular take an active role in explaining medications clearly and thoughtfully, and even offer guidance on whether anything outside of just taking the prescription could be helpful or healthy. That level of care is rare and so appreciated.
I’ve also noticed that when I fill prescriptions here, my insurance seems to cover more and I end up paying less out of pocket compared to when I go to CVS.”
